Patricia Williams, professionally known as Ms. Pat, is an American stand-up comedian, actress, and author. Born on April 2, 1972, in Atlanta, Georgia, she is acclaimed for her candid and often humorous storytelling, drawing from her challenging personal experiences.
Encouraged by her caseworker, Ms. Pat began her stand-up career in Atlanta in 2002. In 2006, she relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana, where she honed her comedic skills at Morty's Comedy Joint. Her unique style and compelling life story quickly garnered attention, leading to her participation in the ninth season of NBC's Last Comic Standing in 2015.
