Who is Bobby Lee?

Bobby Lee, born Robert Young Lee Jr. on September 17, 1971, in San Diego, California, is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster. He is best known for his tenure on MADtv from 2001 to 2009 and for co-hosting the podcasts TigerBelly and Bad Friends.

Lee began his stand-up career in 1994, performing at clubs in San Diego. His unique comedic style quickly gained attention, leading to his role on MADtv, where he became known for his memorable characters and impressions.

Beyond MADtv, Lee has appeared in films such as Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004), Pineapple Express (2008), and The Dictator (2012). He also co-starred in the ABC sitcom Splitting Up Together from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Lee co-hosts two popular podcasts: TigerBelly, which he started in 2015, and Bad Friends, launched in 2020 with comedian Andrew Santino. These platforms showcase his candid humor and have garnered substantial followings.
