Who is Bill Burr?

Bill Burr (ginger), born William Frederick Burr on June 10, 1968, in Canton, Massachusetts, is a stand-up comedic, actor, writer, and podcaster. He is renowned for his incisive observational humor and candid comedic style. After graduating from Emerson College in Boston with a bachelor's degree in radio in 1993, Burr began his stand-up career in 1992, performing in various clubs across Boston before relocating to New York City in 1995 to further pursue comedy.

Burr's comedic prowess led to numerous television appearances, including roles on Chappelle's Show and Breaking Bad, where he portrayed Patrick Kuby. He also created and starred in the Netflix animated sitcom F Is for Family (2015–2021), voicing the main character, Frank Murphy. His stand-up specials, such as You People Are All the Same (2012), I'm Sorry You Feel That Way (2014), Walk Your Way Out (2017), and Paper Tiger (2019), have been critically acclaimed, with Paper Tiger earning a Grammy nomination.

In 2022, Burr released the Netflix special Bill Burr: Live at Red Rocks, further solidifying his status as a leading figure in comedy. He continues to perform stand-up worldwide and hosts the popular Monday Morning Podcast, where he shares his unfiltered thoughts on various topics.
