Aaron Berg is a Canadian stand-up comedian, actor, and author known for his high-energy performances and fearless comedic style. Originally from Toronto, he began his comedy career at the renowned Yuk Yuk's comedy club. After establishing himself in Canada, where he was nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards and won the 2007 College Comedian of the Year award, Berg moved to New York City to further his career.
Berg graduated with an honors degree in Philosophy before venturing into stand-up comedy. His early career in Toronto included performances at various comedy clubs and festivals, where he developed his provocative and quick-witted comedic voice.
In New York, Berg became a regular performer at top comedy clubs and expanded into acting, with roles in films such as Detroit Rock City (1999) and The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009). He also appeared on television shows like Comedy Central's This Is Not Happening and AXS TV's Live at Gotham. As an author, Berg has published books including Mr. Manners: Proper Etiquette for the Modern Degenerate and American Etiquette.
In 2019, Berg released the documentary 25 Sets, which chronicles his attempt to perform 25 comedy sets in one night across New York City. He also co-hosted the podcast In Hot Water on Compound Media. Berg continues to perform stand-up regularly and engages with fans through various media platforms.
